When your application has been approved we will inform you of that.

At this point we will be constantly tracking your application, so you can be assured that it is the best possible hands. Visa submissions will normally take around 30 to 45 days and residence permits around a year. If it takes any longer, or if your application is denied, we will provide the option to appeal the decision and if necessary approach the high court. If you are approved then you will be able to pick up the visa at our office, or we will have it couriered to you.
